Asia Stocks, Euro Gain as Korea Tensions Ease; Rubber, Oil Rise

Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Asian stocks rose on higher prices for commodities and as military tensions eased on the Korean peninsula. The euro rallied after China’s said it had taken steps to help the European Union with its debt crisis.
